- We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, you must provide evidence of the damage by submitting a video of the unboxing process.
- Once we receive and verify the video evidence, we will assess the damage and provide further instructions on returning the product.
2. Refund Policy:
- Upon approval of the return, we will process a refund for the damaged item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
3. Exchange Policy:
- If the product is damaged and a replacement is desired, we will gladly exchange it for a new item of the same model and value, subject to availability.
